Everything was great, quiet location close to Puerto Natales and the center, pleasant staff. The room was beautiful and exceptionally nice and offered a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. The beds with hypo-allergenic pillows were comfy. Really enjoyed this boutique hotel, would recommend.

Just back from the W-trek, we found this unique hotel to be a gem. the modern architecture and stylish interior design create a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. the spacious units are perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. Carla, the host, was incredibly responsive and provided fantastic local tips. the self-service breakfast was delicious and the communal space was inviting.
